need to quilt!!!

unfortunately we are still in Baja working on the new house and haven't been quilting much-and I really want to!!!!!! I started to put a couple things together-finished the front of an apron for the quilt guild quilt show and finish cutting some diamonds to finish up a charity quilt, then got tired and had to have a little lie-down. Hopefully I can get some work done today-it has cooled off to the mid 80s, and the kids (kitties) are a little easier to handle when it's not so hot!!!!
anyway, off to attack the laundry first and then a run for some breakkie! Hope you all are getting some quilting in!!!!!

here is blocks 3 and 4 for the jelly roll quilt along. the block above is block 4, and I got so excited, I forgot to press it before taking a picture, so it looks a little lumpy!!!!

okay, this is a quilt I started last year-I had a bunch of 10" squares from a weak moment on Keepsake Quilting and pieced them one afternoon in Baja into a brick pattern. There is some metallics in there, and a lot of whites and creams. This is my SIL (sister-in-law) Sandys' Christmas present, I finally finished the last of the quilting and the binding this morning, and will give it to her tonight, only 4 months after Christmas!!!LOL!!!!!

this is my first block for a quilt along from Moose on the Porch. We are using jelly rolls and the blocks are real fun!

well, count me in to the thousands who said they would never blog, but this seems the easiest way to motivate me to finish more of my projects! I hope to be soon sharing my finishes, WIPs, and maybe even some UFOs so I can get ideas to finish them off, as well!!!!
